First off lets start with some differential tech-

* differentials are classified by ring gear size:
R160 = 160mm or 6.29” in diameter
R180 = 180mm or 7.08” in diameter
R190 = 190mm or 7.48” in diameter
R200 = 200mm or 7.87” in diameter
R230 = 230mm or 9.05” in diameter
- NOTE – just because another differential is a (in this case) R200 does not mean it will swap out with other r200 differentials, the classification is just on ring gear diameter, not casing.

*Here is some final drive specs for use in reference to custom setups

R200, R200H, R200V, R230V, F160 are the differential models. Keep in mind this does not imply the differential housings are the same.

FREE HORSEPOWER?!?! ….. YES THERE IS SUCH A THING

you and your friends think you can rebuild an engine? Well anyone can take parts out and put new ones in, but how about taking a look of some of the real science that goes into building a reliable race engine as well as making more power with a few more dollars and a little more effort.

One of the best articles on piston rings I’ve ever read. Take the time and let that sink in!
